On 15 and 16 April, participants from the Gołdap Municipality took part in the Tourism Forum held in Druskininkai.
One of the items on the agenda was a presentation of the partnership project ‘Health Resort Partnership for Border Region Development’, carried out by the Municipality of Gołdap in collaboration with Augustów, Druskininkai, Supraśl and Birštonas.
During the Forum, discussions centred on modern approaches to spa treatment and the potential for Polish-Lithuanian cooperation in this field. The event provided an opportunity to learn about current trends and best practices in the development of spa tourism.
The trip was organised as part of the strategic project ‘Partnership of Health Resorts for the Development of the Border Region’, which is co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Lithuania–Poland 2021–2027.
